Party, Party, and Photos, Photos – I had a good interview on Friday and a good follow-up interview today, but no new news. I had a wonderful Shabbat dinner on Friday with friends, a Halloween party Saturday night, a 50th Birthday Tea Sunday afternoon, and threw a Halloween party Sunday night. And this week I got the Halloween photos uploaded from 2 parties this year, and 3 previous parties (2006, 2005, and 2004). (read more…)

More String, Better! – Amya and I went through an amazing set of spinning techniques–different fiber types, combing, carding, plying, spinning, all sorts of things. She’s definitely addicted to spinning now, which is wonderful since she’s a weaver… so we’re a definite collection of string skills. Plus, the job interview today wasn’t really an interview, but oh well. Hopefully better luck with the real interview on Friday. (read more…)
